Subprocessors

This page lists the current subprocessors engaged by Hilead Ltdto process Customer Personal Data on behalf of our customers in connection with the Hilead platform (the “Service”). It is referenced from our Data Processing Addendum and our Privacy Policy.
We use carefully selected providers, each bound by a written data processing agreement that imposes obligations no less protective than those set out in our DPA. We remain liable for the acts and omissions of our subprocessors.

Notice of changes
We will provide reasonable notice (at least 30 days where practicable) of new subprocessors by updating this page. Where you have an active subscription, you may, on legitimate grounds, object to a new subprocessor by emailing hello@hilead.co within 30 days of notice. If a reasonable resolution cannot be reached, your sole remedy is to terminate the Agreement, with no entitlement to a refund of fees already paid (see Section 6.4 of our DPA and our Refund Policy).
International transfers
Where personal data is transferred outside the UK or EEA, transfers are governed by appropriate safeguards including the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and the UK International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA) or UK Addendum, as applicable. See Section 10 of our DPA for further detail.
